Cubby Couch is a brand new animated sketch show pilot featuring an eclectic mix of returning characters, one-off sketches and some downright strangeness.

Our hosts for the evening are the Cubby family, who are very pleased to invite viewers onto their couch for an evening of entertainment and laughs. The family consists of Mr Cubby (voiced by Keiron Self), Mrs Cubby (Nicola Reynolds) and their four lovely children. The Cubbies are like any normal family, except that Mrs Cubby is seven feet tall and hairy and all the kids are hairy too.

The Cubbies watch a series of animated sketches on a rickety old projector screen in their lounge. They like to think that they've chosen their sketches well and are really looking forward to letting BBC Three viewers join in the fun.
