South Londoner Lucie is a glamour model, actress and singer. Proud of her body and business savvy, she knows how to keep her online followers on side with scantily clad selfies. Her Insider, younger sister Temi, says that Lucie never has a hair out of place and that her image is everything to her - music to the Ctrl Freaks' ears. They decide to give her the toughest promo girl jobs she's ever had...

Her opponent is Mariah Carey obsessive, 24-year-old Alex. A proudly gay video blogger, Alex has over 200,000 views on his videos. His Insider Simon informs the Ctrl Freaks that Alex has a very strict skincare and health regime. Naturally, the comedians decide to turn Alex against everything he holds dear - he's in for a rocky ride...

The Challenges

The Ctrl Freaks want to see if Alex can turn his back on his obsessions and they know the perfect place to start - his love for Mariah Carey. Alex is shocked to discover that his new Facebook status suggests he's gone off his idol. To prove his newfound hatred of Mariah, the Ctrl Freaks get him to record a YouTube vlog explaining his change of heart. Can he bear to click the upload button and share the video with his 3000 subscribers? Soon he's getting phone calls from his friends and his YouTube supporters are in chaos.

Meanwhile, glamour model Lucie is taking part in a not-so-glamorous photo shoot. The comedians have booked her in for a promotional shoot in Hackey City Farm. Ctrl Freak Jason steps in to play photographer, directing Lucie as she stands in a muddy pig sty. The farm visitors are confused, Lucie's shoes are getting stuck in the mud and to top it off, she must pose wearing a pig snout. The photos, of course, go on Facebook.

With both contestants still reeling, the Ctrl Freaks step it up for their next challenges. Alex's body is a temple, so the comedians decide to fill it with fast food. He finds out he's taking part in a hot wing competition in a pub. Totally out of his comfort zone, he must eat as many calorific chicken wings as possible in 2 minutes. Can he work his way through more than his two meat-loving opponents? In any case, the spicy footage is uploaded onto Facebook...

Promo girl Lucie finds herself announced as the spokeswoman for a brand new product - she is the new face of Dogs Milk. She is challenged to star in the disgusting drink's advert - but with the Ctrl Freaks concocting both the milk and the script, it's not going to be easy. Can Lucie make even Dogs Milk sexy? The video soon hits YouTube.

For his final challenge, the Ctrl Freaks target Alex's only remaining obsession - his beauty regime. He must present The Alex Nicolaou skincare range at a special launch. Of course, the Ctrl Freaks have made all the products themselves, including goose fat hand cream, a pâté face mask and a surprise product: a dead fish foot bath. Friends are already clicking 'attending' on Facebook but can Alex is terrified about presenting the disgusting range convincingly.

Lucie must also make the most of her selling skills - as the Dogs Milk promo girl, her final challenge sees her attempting to get businesses interested in its tasty goodness. She must try and sell as many pints of Dogs Milk as possible to a variety of London cafes. Sharing tasters with cafe managers and explaining the benefits of canine lactate, can she avoid grimacing every time she takes a sip? Will she sell any pints at all?
