When David is woken in the early hours by the police, he assumes that something terrible has happened to one of the kids. Relieved to hear that this is not the case, the rug is pulled from under his feet when he finds himself under arrest.

Jenny is shocked when an old flame turns up at work. Reformed alcoholic Grant is on the pathway to atonement and wants to right the wrongs of the past, but his arrival opens a can of worms with irreversible consequences.

6. Episode Six

Jenny raises the subject of Harry's will again but Pete has no fight left in him. Meanwhile, Tina turns estate agent to find Adam his dream home. An offer is accepted, but is she that keen to see Adam move out? Karen is intrigued when a potential backer approaches her. Their meeting goes better than expected and Karen's plan to go it alone pays off in more ways than one.
