Kate Beckinsale leads a star-studded cast as the tidy-minded heroine, Flora Poste, in Malcolm Bradbury's BAFTA-winning adaptation of Stella Gibbons's comedy classic.
When sensible, sophisticated Flora Poste is orphaned at nineteen, she decides her only choice is to descend upon relatives in deepest Sussex, the Starkadders at Cold Comfort Farm. Far from the refinement of 1930s London, the decidedly odd family are in need of organising, so who better than Flora to do it!
