Ivo gets straight in to trying some local fishy delicacies, before the trio head to Essex's 350 mile coastline for a seal-spotting boat-trip, in hope of seeing some orange sunbathers of a different kind. They embrace the benefits of open water swimming, as Fern meets kindred spirit, Scottish-born swimmer Lachlan and having worked up an appetite, Ivo heads out on the foraging trail to cook up a feast of nettles, while Darren and Fern discover the roots of the 'Essex Girl' stereotype.
