Lou is a committed vegan, which brings a new challenge to Zuu and the boys. Not to be deterred, they set off on a shopping trip, meeting friendly vegetable stall holders and unearthing a whole range of vegan food that they had never previously heard of.
Along the way Tubsey discovers that Spirulina powder is great to enhance a healthy vegetable smoothie - but less appetizing when eaten raw, seitan is not the devil's food and seaweed paper is not as illegal as it sounds.

With his ingredients sourced, Zuu sets about creating the ultimate post gig vegan feast for Lou, including a Thai green vegetable curry, Buffalo seitan with a ranch dressing and a Cornetto-inspired vegan cheesecake.

As a touring comedian, you must spend a lot of time away from home, what are the challenges of life on the road?

Well, quite literally, a challenge of life on the road is my driving. I drove on the wrong side of the road in Manchester so that was a challenge for everyone.

How do you make sure you eat well?

I'm up and down with that but if you've been eating white foods for a week, you can always get raw veg and hummus. I guess what I'm saying is: dare to dream.

You're on the road, what's your favourite rest stop for fast food?

They're all bad. That's like saying pick a favourite from a kick up the bum or a slap on the ear. I like the vegan fast food but that's less available on the motorways, more of a hackney thing.

What meal reminds you of home?

Spaghetti Bolognese (but my version). My mum used to make these loaded potato skins we loved too. And leaks in a creamy cheese sauce - my brother loves them too. Cute.

Which artist currently making music inspires you the most?

Big Zuu!

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Vegetable 'cheese' fake tuna bake with chips and spinach. Or vegan smorgasbord. That way I'm getting a lot of diff stuff.

What's your Desert Island Dish?

Great question! Adam Driver - what a dish. Stick us on an island and we will eat each other? Sorry if that answer is too romantic.

What's your karaoke go-to?

I match the vibe in the room so its a case by case basis. And I am always terrible.

What would you say has been your career highlight to date?

Taskmaster, and anything I've travelled to fun countries for.

Have you ever dined and dashed?

Once and I had bad karma for the next two weeks and quite right too. To be fair to me I was off my face (on all the cocktails I'd stolen). I was (and no excuses) skint at the time. But I didn't need to have cocktails. I know that now. But what a thrill!
