It's a rainy day, so Rocco and Brooks get to do their favourite activity - staying at home and watching TV. The Frankenstein movie they're watching gives Budge the idea to make a "Frankenbudge", which will help him collect biscuits. But Frankenbudge, once brought to life, has other plans and Budge must battle his creation.
