What do you most look forward to when filming these shows?

Just catching up with everyone. We've been doing this for 10 years now and obviously spending time with Jamie is just such a laugh isn't it. We just get to sit on either side and to see what we can get these guests to do!

You've got some great guests joining your team this year, who are you most looking forward to having on?

Tony Bellew coming back. He's the best guest we've ever had. He's done two shows before and he's coming back for a third. He's just so funny... He just does stuff he doesn't like doing and it's hilarious. I'm also really looking forward to seeing Jack, obviously he binned us a few years ago but he's coming back and Romesh gets a go in the hot seat as well.

You went to Dartmoor with the marines, how did you find that?

It was horrible! We carried Romesh round, although I'm not going to lie, we all did our fair share of winging. It was just terrible, none of us are anywhere near being cut out to be marines. And we only got a taster of it, to do that day in and day out would just be horrendous.

Who would be your dream guest on ALOTO?

Tyson Fury. He's a Lancashire lad and obviously the best fighter in the world! He's sorted himself out a bit to be honest and it would be brilliant, he sings, he can box - what a show that would be.

ALOTO won a BAFTA this year, where did you hear the news and did you celebrate?

I was at the cricket club watching my lads play cricket. I mean I knew it was the BAFTAs night but when it got around to it, I forgot all about it! I received a text saying that we'd won. I think it was especially nice for the people who worked proper hard on the show and they deserved to go up and collect it.

Can you tell us a bit about some of the other VTs that you've filmed for this series?

For one of the Road Trip episodes, we did a VT in America on baseball and I came second to Jamie. So, when a baseball challenge came up this series, it was a big chance for redemption at the Olympic Park in front of thousands of people. I won't tell you the result, but yeah, it was corrected.

Were there any particularly memorable moments in the studio or during filming the VTs?

Probably just seeing that the end games are getting bigger and better and it's great seeing how far people will go. We're in one of the biggest stages at Elstree so there's a lot of stuff up in the top of the studio which is always exciting. It's inevitable someone's going to get hurt, I'm just glad it's not me to be honest.
