The first episode of Series 4 was edited following the publication of the Hutton Report. A key edit was the phrase "manipulation and lying" being removed from a line of Charles's: "There's nothing Prentiss McCabe can teach this Prime Minister about deception, manipulation and lying, except how to do it properly."
