I live at the very bottom of Kent, but I'm a Sarf Landana at heart. I have a very nice, tolerant boyfriend who proof-reads my treatments and scripts for me. He's very cheap...free in fact. I have four super kids (not with special powers, just great), ranging from 3-22 and that's it now, unless I want to be giving birth to the next one in an old people's home. Yes, I'm old, fat and past it all.

My main project at the moment is a black comedy drama series about a demonic psychotherapist who has a rather unique way of 'helping' his patients to deal with their problems. There are no vampires or werewolves. I do like them, but they've been done to death...hehe...'death'.

Hmmm...well, I am also working on a drama about a young woman and two men who she becomes involved with...lots of twists, turns and changes of heart. It's not a romance by any means...none of that slushy stuff here I'm afraid. It is probably going to be adapted for theatre.

I'm also about to start scripting a one-off drama about a female teacher who is brutally attacked by some of her students...so much so, she's in a coma and her parents are waiting for her to die. Yes, I know the 'coma' thing has also been done to death...yes death, but the story really asks the question..."What would a father really be prepared to do to avenge his daughter's impending death?".

Oh, and I've also entered the Halloween Sitcom Trials. I wouldn't have been so keen, but the word 'macabre' was mentioned and I couldn't help myself.

I've always wondered if collaboration would suit me. I'm still not sure if it's for me, but if anyone would like to discuss it and is near enough, I'd be willing to listen to their ideas. I can't travel very easily. They won't let me drive...or even fly a plane! I know! Insane! So you would have to be local, or willing to travel yourself. That said, I tend to want something nasty to happen to one or all the characters by the second page, so be warned. I'd hate for you to invent an incredibly amazing character, just for me to stove his head in as soon as he opens his mouth.

So...that's what I'm up to at the moment. If anything else occurs to me, I'll stick it here...for all the nosey people...YES YOU!
