Mrs Brown's Boys on hold as plans for mini-series scrapped

Popular BBC comedy Mrs Brown's Boys is unlikely to return for a new series this year after plans to film a handful of special episodes were put on hold. One of the show's stars Fiona O'Carroll admitted in an interview that plans to release a mini-series in 2022 have been scrapped.
