Rest Stop

Rest Stop is a short comedy film which follows Meredith, a young backpacker desperate to find meaning in her life. She meets a mysterious stranger who claims to know her in a dingy British service station.

Rest Stop was written by Kate Herron and Monica Heisey and stars Ben Willbond (Horrible Histories) and Cari Leslie (Boom Chicago).

Director Kate Herron is an award-winning filmmaker. Kate is currently writing a sitcom and also developing a feature film which has Katie Mavroleon (David Brent: Life On The Road) attached to produce.

Both Rest Stop and her new short film Fan Girl (starring Steve Oram) are playing at LOCO London Comedy Film Festival on the 23rd April at the BFI Southbank. Tickets
