Ray Summer's first six months of being the super-hero NightwatchMan has gone pretty well, but he is not feeling much love from his girlfriend, Dina. His best mate, Terry, wants him to step up his public profile. A daring rescue of volcanic proportions leads to a toothache and an appointment with Dina's boss at the dental surgery. Just when he seems to have everything under control, Ray gets some news that will turn his world upside down.

With Rose now firmly in his corner, Dr Ivamin is able to extract the perfect information from Dina in his quest to bring down NightwatchMan.
