A tragicomedy for about the mother of all odd couples.

Suzie, 36, is a woman child trapped in her unremarkable life; 21 year-old Kate, the child she gave up for adoption when she was 15, is an old lady trapped in a young woman's body - and together they are a disaster.

It's not all bad - as the two women get closer, they even begin to help each other: Suzie teaches Kate to enjoy her youth and shed her inner pensioner, while Kate teaches Suzie to grow up. At the same time, their respective family and friends have to come to terms with the pitter patter of average woman-sized feet. Ladybaby is a romcom about a mother and daughter learning to act their age.
