Little Miss Jocelyn, the BBC3 sketch show starring Jocelyn Jee Esien, has been given the green light for a second season.

Broadcast Magazine reports that the BBC have completed a massive £1.5 million pound deal with production company Brown Eyed Boy which will see the first series of the sketch show repeated on BBC2 followed by the new six-part second season.

Little Miss Jocelyn is written by and stars Jocelyn Jee Esien (one third of the hugely successful series 3 Non-Blondes). The series features a wide range of characters including the first black female US president, an upfront toilet attendant, a woman with worms, a Nigerian wife who collects husbands and needs constant marriage counselling and, most well-known, a car parking warden who writes her tickets very slowly.
