Kevin Bridges has announced a new tour.

Under the title The BRAND NEW Tour, he will travel around the UK and Ireland between August and December 2018.

It will be the Scottish stand-up's biggest tour to date, including six nights at The SSE Hydro arena in his hometown of Glasgow and four nights at London's iconic Hammersmith Apollo.

Tickets are likely to be in high demand when they go on sale on Wednesday. His 2015 tour, A Whole Different Story, sold 500,000 tickets across 145 dates, winning awards from both Ticketmaster and Ents24 for the Fastest Selling Comedy Ticket of the year. His 2012 tour, Kevin Bridges - The Story Continues... also broke box office, records selling 45,000 tickets in just one day, including a nine-show run at the Glasgow SECC Arena.

Speaking about his new show, Bridges says: "I'm delighted to announce that I will be back on the road in 2018. It's been 3 years since my last tour, 3 tough years of watching the world fall apart; thus, I've decided, I need to get out of the house more and lend a hand in saving it. With amusing anecdotes and witty observations I'm sure I can save the world or at least provide a decent enough night out. We'll see. I'll catch you there folks. Yaldy!"

The current tour dates are listed below, with more due to be announced over the coming months. Tickets are on sale now from sites including Ticketmaster
