User reviews
"Surreal sketch based madness" is a perfect assessment of the Legions wonderful show and it was perfect late night entertainment at the end of a full on, festival experience. They move seamlessly from Shakespeare to Rainbow, taking the audience on a ludicrous trip that seems entirely plausible and herein lies the Legions real skill as performers. They create a universe that it's effortless to be on board with whilst being completely bizarre.
Don't be fooled by the accents! They have a genuine love of literature which shines through and their ability to play with it is underpinned by a very real respect for the original texts.
This is an hour of silliness and fun; a perfect antidote to a long day and overall, a real joy to be part of. Be warned! Some things once seen, cannot be unseen ;)
