The End is an apocalyptic comedy. Originally created for the apprentice company at The Actor's Theatre of Louisville, the play is a series of connected sketches. Death, Pestilence, Famine and War are all room-mates; a film bromance star ends up in a zombie movie that maybe isn't a movie; the relationship of two brothers is suddenly flung upside down; five high school students attending their prom hide out from nuclear attack in the hotel basement and reveal bizarre personal details. It is at times reflective, but mostly darkly funny. Suitable for 14 and over.
