Justine is a dated cabaret singer who dreams of hitting the big time and becoming the next Jane McDonald! Her long-suffering husband, Tony, drives Justine to audition after audition in his small works van. Tony is stuck in the 1980s and is a constant source of irritation to Justine who has developed a hard exterior after years of let downs and near misses. Deep down Justine and Tony still love each other, but they need to address the emotional past, which has plagued them both for years. A bittersweet comedy about dreams and ultimately reality.
