Truly one of the UK's most up and coming comedians, Carl Donnelly returns to the Fringe with another year's worth of tales of idiocy that critics and audiences have been flocking to see all over the UK. Two years ago, Carl was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer, and this third solo show proves he is already one of the UK's finest.

This year, Carl explores the struggle we have to not be self-conscious all the time. Should it matter what people think of you as long as you're not actively going out of your way to upset people? We should accept who we are and worry less about what people think. Therefore, Carl's going to be treating his audiences to some novelty dancing.

Carl has toured with various comics from Russell Howard to Rhod Gilbert and was the first ever comedian to support a DJ when he opened for DJ Yoda on a string of high profile shows throughout the UK. He's performed at all the international prestigious festivals from Melbourne to Sydney to Kilkenny, and his regular podcast with fellow comic Chris Martin was listed as one of the Guardian's top ten comedy podcasts.
