In what other job would you get to travel to Lowestoft at 6am?

Going to Lowestoft at any time of day is truly horrific.

It is truly the worst place in the whole world. You have to get the train to Norwich then get on this little one coach number to take you along the coast. I remember being there once in February and actually crying with cold.

Also, whenever I am introduced to anyone at the Mags Court "she's from London" invariably follows my introduction.

Obviously if I went there nowadays I'd just pop up the coast for a pint with Marc P :)

In other news, my friends have coerced me back into internet dating. I am still unconvinced by the whole thing.

I think my problem is that I need someone to be a bit dominant. Not in a sexual way, but if you are too passive I will just run rings around you. Internet dating doesn't seem to attract many men with a bit of grrr.

And I need a bit of grrrr.

Tonight I'm to be surprised.

My lady has arranged 'something' and it will involve food and 'other things'. Her 12 year old son will be in attendance so it looks unlikely to be too raunchy but she did have a mischievous glint in her eye so I suspect this is more than just a meal.

Let the outlandish speculation commence.

Quote: Tuumble @ 22nd May 2014, 11:04 AM BST Well, the surprise I got from my lady was a (chaotic) meal with the performers of Faulty Towers. Well worth a look if you get the chance. :)

Billwill was about to go out & vote, but there are loud bangs, flashes and lots and lots of water falling from the sky at Muswell Hill.

Is this an omen.
