Good luck for the next four weeks then.

It's not a problem, as I only put the TV on to watch a specific programme, I'm not someone who has it on in the background. I'm usually watching VHS and DVD instead. And I can easily skip the section in the newspaper.

I'm looking forward to the boxing, think we've got a good chance of a couple of medals there. Watch out for Frankie Gavin - the first British Amateur World Champion, one of the favourites for gold.

LOL at the 13 year old getting an erection when he dives. I used to be so scared about that happening at school swimming galas.

Eh? Eh? I don't remember entering but they got no reason to lie.

The consequences would be more severe if you got an erection during the swimming galas though!

Not really I wasnt suppose to work there :D

For me, the most amazing story surrounding the Beijing Games, is that of veteran sprinter Merlene Ottey's quest to qualify, for what would've been a World Record Eighth Olympics, at age 48! Though she is Jamaican, she now lives in, and represents Slovenia, and apparently, she only missed out on going to Beijing, to represent the country in the 100 metres, by a miniscule 0.028 seconds!

I'm actually quite looking forward to it starting. Am I alone?

Yes.

I really can't think of anything I care less about.

Prezunctly.

He actually annoys me. I hope he gets an unwanted erection before his dive.

Laughing out loud

Divers really are bloody fit, y'know...
*daydreams*

Filthy girl.

We coulda been contenders. :(
If only we'd picked a really random, obscure sport.

How about man love? Ian and I could compete, and you can film it. You never know; the Olympic people might agree to it being a proper event next time - if we ever get around to sending them the tape.

Excellent idea!
Finally, something England could get a gold medal in.

Dreading the London Olympics, they are just going to be inescapable.

I wouldn't mind quite so much if the city wasn't going to be plastered with that f**king pink monstrosity for at least a year beforehand. Angry

Come and live with me in Iron Bridge.

Oh I love the Iron Bridge Gorge Museums. :)

That's another reason for moving away. It's going to be perfect for the little shits to attack.

And as we all know, they are the colour of shit.

I am f**king sick to death of it already.

I've been working on some "products" since before bloody Christmas and it's been a pain in the arse at times.

Oo, what's your job then David?

Not interested in The Olympics but I liked the opening short film.

Monkey magic. :)
