The warehouse burnt down, and not all stock has been replenished. I assume they've discontinued Series 1 in favour of a complete box set, as they've done with Pardon The Expression. Unlike other DVD companies, they've continuted and released the second series individually for people who'd bought S1 alone.
I'd definitely describe some of my purchases as bargains!

I'm still amazed that Network doesn't just give you free copies of everything for review purposes.
We do get quite a bit, but not in the proper packaging.
Anyone got any tips on where to find cheap copies of the following box sets:

Just popped into my local HMV. They have had a move around recently and unfortunately no longer seem to have a dedicated comedy section.
However - I picked up a Billy Connolly box set, was £15 last week, now £10 - according to the sticker underneath, originally £55 (robbing bastards)
Contains 9 stand up shows both old and new.

I also nabbed series one of A Bit of Fry and Laurie for £5, so not a bad 10 mintues spent while waiting for the bus.
The Billy Connolly essential box set collection is just over a fiver on Amazon!
I just ordered South Park Series 14 for £1.57!!
