Saw this advertised last night after Lead Balloon. Looks a bit loud for me, anybody know what it's about?

I saw her on a comedy showcase doing standup once I think and she wasn't funny then, how the hell did she get a show commissioned and re-commissined?

That said I shouldn't judge without giving it a chance so I'll watch the first episode.

I must admit the advert just seemed to be her over acting and shouting alot, without any actual jokes.

That's as complex as the show gets!

Well I doubt they would have given it a second series if it didn't fare well in the ratings so it must have some following to it.

From what I recall, it didn't do overly well. Maybe I'm misremembering though.

But still, as I say, token ethnic. If she wasn't black, she would still be stacking shelves in ASDA. Can't think of anything funny she's done.
