Out Of Her Mind

Sara Pascoe is one of my favourite comedians (I've seen her live lots of times and is in my profile picture), I wanted to love this. I just didn't get it. I know she's had great success with her human biology books but it doesn't translate well to the screen.

I was a bit baffled by the end, I didn't laugh once. In fact the character of Sara simply came across as intensely irritating, and all the subverting the form and fourth wall breaking felt like overkill.

That said, lovely to see Cariad Lloyd and Juliet Stevenson was great value.

I'll watch next week, I always give new sitcoms two episodes, but if it carries on in this vein I can't see myself sticking with it.

Beat you by one minute.
