A Momentum spokesteen confirmed earlier today that Keir Hardie's ghost was being expelled from the Labour party. His Party card was taken from him when he was refused entry to the party conference in Brighton. "Unfortunately, Mr Hardie's views do not match those of Momentum or those that Jeremy Corbin might at some point decide to think about adopting. He's just not the type of individual we are looking for." Adding, "I don't think he had even gone to university" When it was pointed out that Mr Hardie was in fact one of the founders of the Labour party the Momentum spokesteen denied this saying, "I'm sure you must be mistaken, the Labour party was only invented by Momentum a few months ago. You really should stop promoting fake history."
Later the Party issued a clarification, stating Mr Hardie's Ghost had in fact been expelled due to non-payment of subs, apparently his spectral coins weren't contactless enough.
