It can apply, technically, due to variety of IT related issues, however in Sooty's case it is because he is a smart arse.

Ironically, I was one of the loudest protesters over the new look site but am at least trying to keep it going with posts/threads as there is of late a distinct lack of activity on here^^, which seems to have made worse by the change. I still think it is a retrograde step as other sites do not seem to want to change and "improve", such as the Britmovie site, which I see is still the same.

** For example we used to have a regular Friday quiz, but that seems to have died a death.
