I don't remember much about it except for Mike and Karl having blokey chats about girls.

Mike Walling,
I only knew him from Brush Strokes but he did a lot more.

Gutted MIKE WALLING died. He (/ She) was what got me into comedy in the first place. (From my cut 'n' paste whenever a comedian dies, even if I hadn't thought about them for 23 years.)

RIP Ennio Morricone. He made music through the good, the bad...

Ennio Morricone produced some nice music during his lifetime.

However, whenever he was to be interviewed, he had his people contact the interviewer with the strict instruction that he was to be addressed only as "Maestro".

He was therefore, very clearly, a bit of a ****.

Priest tribute. Fiddler on the yoof.
Cliff Richard tribute. One Erection.
Backstreet Boys tribute. Not really. They're shit.

You mean he died?

Yes, dear Jack has passed away and, even as you read these words he will probably be having a celestial drink with George Best and many other great footballing heroes.

I am confident that at some point, the good Lord Jesus himself will stand-up, tap his glass to attract attention and welcome Jack as one of his own - neither of them ever being fazed by a high cross.

RIP Jack.

George Best played for Man Utd

Therefore he is obviously residing in Hell

Benjamin Keough (27) has shot himself dead in California.

He wasn't famous but, because he was the grandson of Elvis Presley and the son of Elvis's daughter, Lisa Marie, he must be worth a mention in this thread.

He was said to bear an uncanny (for which please read "passing") resemblance to Elvis.

A good-looking young man with (one assumes) oodles and oodles of cash - why did he do it?

It's a funny (for which please read "strange") old world.
