What Orville news

Another piece of my childhood gone. He seemed like a thoroughly nice man.

RIP Keith. What on earth will Orville do now?

Do a tribute double act with Cuddles.

Which one will be the vent?

Apparently he was going to do a show about teaching kids manners. Unlikely that it would have gone anywhere.

As his TV career faded, Keith Harris played a lot of venues doing an adult vent act with little Orville.

Given that Orville is both an animal and for all practical purposes also a child, it wouldn't have been long before a joint operation between the RSPCA and Operation Yewtree put Harris in the nick alongside his Aussie namesake.

Perhaps he got out while the going was good?

I enjoyed the Louis Theroux programme about them both.

I think in Harris-Orville-Cuddles trio there's one who obviously furred...
