Lynda Bellingham

Just been listening to her on the radio - she's given up the chemotherapy so she can enjoy her last Christmas in some semblance of a normality with her family. Brave lady.

Love the last bit in this OXO ad. "Remember Preston" Phew!

Under the circumstance the ending to the second ad is rather affecting.

Yes, it is rather poignant. :(

Such sad news, she was such a great actress. I loved her in both Second Thoughts and Faith In The Future. Hopefully, her last few months here will be good.

She was on breakfast TV this morning. Although looking a little frail, she was as chipper as anything.
She has written a book about coping with her disease and how she came to the decision to end treatment.
Not for self indulgence but to maybe help others. It's called something like ' I've something I'm dying to tell you'

She says the only thing that upsets her is that her family are upset and she doesn't want them to hurt.

it could have brought a tear to a glass eye.

It's a shame to hear that she has cancer.

I loved her in Confessions Of A Driving Instructor.

Did you know her real name is Meredith? I can't help feel that Confessions is not her proudest moment?

Have never seen any of those Confession films. Poor man's Carry On?
