Like the Wire I've never been able to get into Game of Thrones. Always just struck me as Conan the Barbarian for depressives.

I don't watch it either. It's too dark. (As in can't see what's going on, not as in depressing, although it might well be that too.)

I watched the first episode of this a few weeks back. Not going to watch any more. I just found it really, really dull. I liked the dwarf actor though - he's always good. So good in fact that I have no idea of what his name is and reduce him to nothing more than a summary of his congenital disorder.

Peter Dinklage. His name is easy to remember for it almost has dinky in it.

May I ask is Aidan Gillen still in it, or did he die 3 series back?
