I thought at one time I'd maybe like to meet you but now I'm scared!

Don't be daft. Loads of people have met me. Haven't seen 'em since, mind. I mean...I thought it went okay. :-/

Hmm, but those home-made pies you sold me were very gamey. :(

I've just watched my recent recording of "The Graham Norton Show" hosted by Jack Whitehall and it was absolutely great!

The guests were a far more entertaining bunch than has usually been the case in recent times - especially Gwendoline Christie (better known as the formidable Brienne of Tarth from "Game of Thrones") who was an absolute delight to behold and to listen to.

I think Graham had better watch his back: Jack was a superb host who took to the job like a duck to water.

Supergirl. :-)

Watched "Young Frankenstein" that I had recorded off The Beeb at the weekend - had forgotten how funny it was.

Impractical Jokers 2019

I don't watch much TV but I did manage to catch one of the Party Political Broadcasts.

What is it about?

How milkshaking people carrying plastic bags will stop the North Pole from melting?

Every programme from next year will be precisely along those lines.

It isn't too late to reconsider joining the self-applied curfew that is the British Legion.

It is unexpectedly thriving.

Trump has started a nuclear war in 2024.

Russell T Grant being typically political correct.

Sounds lovely but it's not my sort of thing.

Moreover, I can already detect a flaw.

The US Presidential election after the next one will take place in Nov 2023 and he can't take part as he is only allowed two terms.

I watched Police Under Attack and it sickens me how people are getting away with lenient sentences which is only leading to an increase in assaults. In the UK a police officer is attacked every 20 minutes. There was a story of a 999 call about a fight in progress at an address in London and four officers in two cars arrived and knocked on the door. A 20 year old man answered who was holding something behind his back but despite this and the nature of the call all the officers were being casual with nothing protective drawn like a baton or tazer. The man unleashes a knife attack which results in all the officers being seriously injured and has left them dealing with long term effects of the incident.

They charged him with four counts of GBH and four counts of GBH attempted murder but he was cleared of attempted murder and found guilty of wounding with intent and given two years. The saying goes you're out in half so 12 months later and he's back on the street. It's no wonder violent crime is spiralling out of control.

The first thing politicians must do is insist that the police are removed from the front line and spend 100% of their time on historical allegations concerning sex abuse, shootings in Northern Ireland, football stadium tragedies and children who have gone missing in Portugal. Only Labour can deliver this effectively.

It's no different to the way they're slanting the TV News in their favour. Channel 4 News is a f**king disgrace, as biased as Hitler was to blonde white people. BBC getting as biased on their pro remain stance it's embarrassingly partial. F**k this liberal indoctrination, hope we all see through it and vote for Hitler's National Socialist...I mean er, someone else.

Years and Years. While I don't think the social commentary is anything new or interesting "Phones are a bit weird aren't they! What's this Brexit thing all about? Everyone's dumb except me!" I've found it entertaining enough, and even funny in places.
