I haven't seen this film in years, but from what I remember, it really reflects how I feel. I'm taping it now, can't wait to watch it.

Anyone else relate to this film, seeing as we're all aspiring for better things in writing?

I love it. It's one of my faves! I'm doing an open uni course now! (My first degree doesn't count - was theatre. Hmpt) Humanites and Media. Oooooooo!

I read the book in english gcse I had to read the part of Frank out all the way though so I don't like it because I wasnt keen on the whole reading in a posh accent with everyone looking at me.

Yes, that's where I first saw the film and read the book.

I saw this at GCSE too. I guess syllabuses were/are still the same throughout the country. We also read Of Mice and Men and 'Dinky Hocker shoots smack'. The latter being a particularly boring book.
