What are you listening to now? Page 1,487

Wonder how you manage to make ends meet.

What did John Lennon say to Ian Curtis? I know you're depressed, but nothing to get hung about.
My girlfriend's forbidden me from watching any more Spice Girls videos. Cockdown.

ISIRTA 1989 25th anniversary 1 hour special - very, very, very funny. They finished by David Hatch saying let's hope we see you again in another 25 years, but that never happened.

Jana was wonderful.

Then she sat right in front of me for Eddy which was a little scary. I got into the foyer to get given a pen and the back of some flyer to write my note on. "Thanks Jana. Smashing. Loved the acoustic stuff which reminded me of Lesley Duncan although I was aged 7 at the time. You clearly have some Joni strands and I watched the YT clips. I think there is in the unusual chording a bit of Renaissance there and I love this. Please, yus, do more of it."

This was kind of brave. I had images of that Father Ted episode going on in my head where they make complete fools of themselves when a female singer turns up. But she turns round to me and says "are you Horseradish? - how lovely - and you know your stuff, right?" "Well, yes," sheepishly "I do". Then she ran out into the foyer and I thought she was going to say "I have got some lunatic behind me" but I think it was that she had a need to check my message in full light and to view my references on YT. She came back to her seat very happily. "He's better than sound. He's thoughtful and he's nice". Well, that is my version of it. She probably thought "What a berk. He's just like those idiots in Father Ted". Ha ha. So yus I enjoyed it lots.
