From one o'clock I was listening to Mike Read's Pop Quiz on United DJ radio but now I'm listening to Johnnie Walker's Sounds of the 70s on Radio 2.

I enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of Mark Lanegan. I think you'd really like "Ballad of the Broken Seas", his album with Isobel Campbell, if you're not already familiar with it.

More about Mark Lanegan - the album I recced is chilled, but he can rock hard too eg "Blues Funeral", or his earlier work with Screaming Trees. Just a great vocalist and songwriter.
