I used to think that Jesse Lingard was a smug little bugger but since moving to West Ham on loan I've realised that basically he plays with a smile on his face. Not surprising with the money he's earning but there aren't many others who seem to enjoy the fact that they are living the dream.

I also hate penalty shoot outs as they put a persons name to a teams defeat.

It would be brilliant in a way to actually get into the league but it will cost us a bomb. Got to rip up our pitch for a start.
City were amazing and Liverpool were lack lustre , happy days.
This new European Super-League sounds a bit naff.
If this new league goes ahead it will be an act a civil war , on one side Hedge Funds and Petro dollars on the other over a 120 years of history and anyone who considers themselves a lover of the game.
A game were no one faces relegation and stops other teams from growing, Ironically they would be cornering the market by using socialist measures , closed shop and no external representation.
Neville was on the money and given the local pedigree of the ex players around Salford City , United would do well to heed his ire as he is best placed to offer a genuine football alternative to this anodyne format .
