Already done my antipodean friend https://www.comedy.co.uk/forums/thread/11773/

And The Good life is surely a comedy that stands up today. It's subject matter, too, has never been as pertinent.

The Good Life was quality, not least because it was one of the first sitcoms where you had 4 actors of reasonably equal billing feeding off each other rather than one being the star and the rest following, or it just being a double act. In some respects, some of the themes were a few years ahead of their time.

You're right. I need to re-watch it :-)

Time to do a new list

OFAH was ruined by being milked dry and subsequent episodes after 1996 are terrible, add spin-offs and prequels in there and they pretty much killed it.

6. Extras
7. Drop The Dead Donkey

I think mine is quite a varied list. What do you think?

Yes, CG, have a medal.

Well Comedy Geek.

My Hero and Miranda on the same list.
Are you trying to be controversial or is your sense of humour just poorly written comedy?

This list is very accurate and contains a lot of great sitcoms. Wave Console

8. The Fast Show

Well, that's not accurate, for starters. It's a sketch show.
