What I am not getting at all as in "laughing" is Plum House.

The Gyle's Brandreth show tonight was quite interesting, mainly because it highlighted how badly a lot of comedy ages.

Wondered if people still look at the Radio section of this forum that much? I wanted to see if anyone knew where I could find the two episodes of Time Spanner (https://www.comedy.co.uk/radio/time_spanner/) with David Mitchell and John Finnemore. Both have an excellent record of radio comedies but can't seem to find the recordings. Thanks.

I'm not sure how current it is but I've been listening to Alone, which is another Absolutely production.

I have just started listening to that yesterday! Series 1 didn't seem to be on BBC Sounds, but started with Series 2 and was impressed. BBC radio comedies can be such a mix bag of quality, but Alone is great. I also enjoyed Party's Over, but the episodes seem quite hit and miss.

Couple of decent ones on bbc sounds at the moment are The Guns of Adam Riches

And The Wilson Dixon line

You would have to be very brave to sit near the front of the audience if you go to see it live!

Binged series 1 of Phil Ellis Is Trying and would recommend. Jonny Vegas is great as usual. But the episode where he speaks like a dalek for most of it is a bit.... trying.

Has a character played by Ballard Berkeley too

The Remains of Foley and Mccoll is back on bbc sounds - pretty good stuff

One of the characters is played by Steve Delaney, 'Dickie Bow' , clearly an early incarnation of Count Arthur Strong
