Republic of Telly

This is a satirical show on Irish television that I kind of dip in and out of if I'm honest but sometimes they absolutely nail a sketch. Like with this: 'You know youre Irish when'

In terms of countries this is foreign, but if you consider we live on the British Isles it isn't.

Adjudication?

Whether its foreign or not just look at the thing, 'tis funny :)

Of course it's foreign. It's a different country and an entirely separate government. The British Isles is a geographical term. Perhaps you're thinking of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland?

If foreign is outside the UK, then yes technically it is.

Still though, this clip is excellent.

Well not technically, Ireland is a sovereign state, whatever some UKIP supporting West Brit twat like Des Lynham may think.

Ireland is part of the British Isles, but NI is in the UK, and neither are in GB (except when NI win medals at the Olympics, then GB are pretty excited to have them).
