The first sketch I enjoyed a lot, in my opinion (which in no way is correct) I would have liked it more if it was a little more subtle, like rather than implying he was a serial killer, at around the point where they are in the bedroom and wardrobe the estate agent starts to have a breakdown which exacerbates as the sketch goes on and in to different rooms, and it turns out he accidentally killed his wife in that house (but only revealed at the end), I am not sure if that's more or less dark than your sketch actually, but it was nice and well filmed and made me smile.
