Move on to your second sketch and then third etc
Keep at it and keep rewriting. The more you write the better you get at it. I recently read that it took Jerry Seinfeld 2 years to find a punchline for one of his bits.
I just redrafted a sketch, I wrote a month ago, still don't have a good punchline for it.
These things take time especially when you are starting out.
