Happy to introduce myself (in a public place) to anyone who genuinely wants to work on a collaborative spec project.
May not go anywhere but that's the only downside.
I stand to gain: collaboration with someone who could be better and sharper at dialogue, esp. if that's what they really like writing.
They stand to gain: collaboration with someone who's good at all the other stuff in a script (visuals, formatting and especially plot) and has also been through it once and learned some lessons.
P.S. There does seems to be a lot of paranoia around. Not entirely sure why. Withholding your name on a public forum is not unreasonable behaviour.

I'm up for it. No harm in writing summat is there, especially if it's to get better at a form you don't usually write in.
Meetings in dark alleys aren't necessarily sinister..
