Has anybody read that Impact of Comedy article in the features bit - https://www.comedy.co.uk/features/the_impact_of_comedy/ ?

I thought it was pretty good, especially from an academic.

Any thoughts from anyone? Danny Boyle, if you're out there?

I haven't read the article as I am happy to denounce all its findings in advance and actually refute out of hand any statements it makes.

I instead am opting to second guess posters and post replies prior to the question itself being raised.

Ha! Well it seems like a good choice to me.

I thought the article started to go down some very interesting paths... only to cut them off. Perhaps when Dr Lockyer completes her research she'll go into greater detail on all of the strands she raised. It'd certainly be very interesting to read.
