Funniest British and Irish Comedians of all Time Page 2

.. that's one seriously "out of order" list!!!!

Hay Hum,
Cal

Me.

Dave Allen at 52? The person who did this list is a 16 year old with little or no knowledge of what comedy means. Seems to be putting people still working at the top thus confusing recognition for quality.

This is perhaps the definition an internet poll.

So he is. How stupid.

Probably why he's only #49.

Also, why isn't Stewart Lee on the list. Pah. And Karl Pilkington is #9 :D

He is on it, but he is on the 2nd page which is very low. For some reason he has been voted down a lot.

Bastards.

I'm not even going to vote on it...the list is totally messed up. I know it's supposed to be personal preference, and we can't all like the same comedians, but...come on! The women are almost non-existent and Ricky Gervais is at the top! Don't even get me started on what I think of that. Most of these votes will have been encouraged on Twitter, which probably explains why Paul Merton is way down the list...as he doesn't have an account. Plus...where's Jasper Carrott? When I was a kid, he was all I ever wanted to see on TV! (yes, I'm old)

It's simple:
1 Eddie Izzard
2 Ross Noble
3 Dylan Moran
4 Stewart Lee
5 Billy Connolly

Job done.
