Had a quick look via the search engine, but I couldn't find anything, so, does anyone know of any open mic/open spots in Camden on a Wednesday night?

There's quite a lot of pubs that do stand-up evenings but may not be on the internet so try a pub search and just call them up.
Are you particularly focused on Camden? There are borough of Camden venues that aren't in the main Camden bit, and surrounding boroughs that are nearer to actual Camden that would have pubs worth investigating. Lots and lots of places easily accessible from there too; Highbury and Islington/Angel area seems to have quite a lot.
