Caroline Quentin looks far too pleased with herself for my liking.

Maybe she's learnt to fellate herself? :)

No.

Can you prove that? Because alleging she's unable to perform auto-cunnilingus is a bit of a slur on one of our foremost light-comedy actresses.

now paying the mortgage by appearing in the most pointless, banal and formulaic sitcom in the land.

Whose mortgage? Unless it's her fifth holiday home. I think she likes those M&S puds a bit too much and already scoffed through her year's supply of freebies.

Over praised comedy actress who lapped it up.

If you were Caroline Quentin, with all her showbiz friends and connections, would you really waste time going down on yourSELF?

Well, maybe on a slow night when the only alternative was Clare Balding.

Frank Skinner in Shane.
Although he did write that so that doesn't really count

Funny to see that they filmed an entire second series which has never seen the light of day.

Always thought that was a great pity. They could at least put it out on DVD.

I quite enjoyed Shane.

Although not as much as I enjoyed his Channel 4 sitcom. That was great although I forget its name.
