Saw Brian Wilson being interviewed this evening - at least I think it was him! If he is still alive by the end of this year, I'll be most surprised.
Jesus! That man has aged - he's the same age as McCartney (79) and Jagger is 78, but they don't look as though they've just been lifted out of a coffin.
There's was talk of him reforming the BB for one last concert..................in his dreams.
So, so sad to see someone go like that. ☹

Not currently watching but whilst the BCG was in lockdown I saw Geoffrey Whitehead as a young man with long blond hair in Justice. It seemed so strange when in recent years he's always portraying a grumpy old man.
At the moment I'm watching George Cole in the the Sweeney pre Minder. Funny the way Reagan and Carter (before they became US Presidents) ogle all the women. It wouldn't be allowed nowadays I'm sure.
I've just been watching the Responder which was really good. Right from the start I knew Martin Freeman's partner from somewhere and then I realised she was in Time Wasters.
Loved The Responder. All the performances were brilliant. Martin from Game On was particularly hilarious as the pissed vicar.
Funny that in a show about drug dealers and murderers the real wrongn's ended up being a controlling boyfriend and that bloody Ray.

Iv'e tried to watch Ozark a couple of times - well series 1 ep1.
And nothing happens? I get to the part where he is watching a porn vid and switch off.
Please explain what I'm missing because there is no hook that I can see.

Well, it's not a porn film per se - but any more would be a spoiler for one of the craziest roller-coaster rides ever put together in a TV series.
It spirals out of control pretty quick.
EDIT: Also, to be fair, the 'talky' opening is entirely at odds with the tone of the rest of the series.

Ozarck's okay, but it's no Breaking Bad, which is the best of those middle-aged white man anti-hero type shows.
I gave up on The Responder, continuously winding back to try and understand the accents and read the phone texts. When he was wandering around his own nick carrying £50k's worth of coke in a bag I'd had enough.

Another one watching The Responder - just two episodes up till now. Although it's presumably explained later, I find the way the drugs dealer has Martin Freeman under his control puzzling and annoying.
