Yes indeed they can but it depends on how you arc and fire it.
In my 1970s school we had ball bearings situated in the urinals.
You just sort of aimed and didn't compare.
Most didn't get it and remained on earth - I believe most of them became bricklayers sitting on donkeys in Yugoslavian mountains at just aged 12 - whereas being naturally gifted I spent the years 11 to 14 on the planet Venus in the year 2377.
