There are plenty of DVDs available of Till Death and Hancock (I presume you mean him in the Blood Donor) - check eBay or Amazon.

These days you might as well just search YouTube. Save time, money and storeage space. The only sets I've ever bought were Desperate Housewives and I'm never gonna sit through them again.

"Rights issues" are the bane of modern life - it just means recordings will stay in vaults and never be looked at. What a waste of money and time.

This is happening across all media now, and you can see it when they don't play original recordings or even say "we can't show you that because they wanted £5,000 for 10 seconds". F**king disgusting - one way or another, we all paid for that originally!! And it should be available to all, as in public domain.

Yeah, I'm still tryna get the first Inbetweeners movie. That said, a great deal is up there, so it might be worth doing a search before parting with your hard earned cash... I really enjoyed a lot of these series, but I couldn't watch again and again, like a Bergman DVD.

Paying your licence fee doesn't entitle you to the ownership and control of a television programme. Next you'll be wanting a cut of DVD sales from the Beeb!

One of the main reasons that many television programmes remain locked in the vaults is that they're probably of interest to 14 people. And there's no commercial sense in releasing them.
