You mean it's just one of the theories of what the song could be about. Could be about him, could be about Sinatra, could be about Dylan. We'll never know for sure but I like the Jagger one best. Least likely for me is the assertion from his wife that it's about a cuckoo clock she gave him as a present. That's just nuts.
